Developmental services.

Under existing law, the Director of Developmental Services is appointed by the court as conservator or guardian for persons with developmental disabilities by the title of the office. Under existing law, the appointment ceases upon the termination of the director's term of office and authority vests in the successor in office without further court proceedings. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.
