Health facilities: limited liability companies.

Existing law provides for the licensure and regulation of health facilities by the State Department of Public Health. Existing law specifies that a requirement placed on, or in reference to, a corporation in the provisions regulating health facilities also applies to a limited liability company. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to this provision.
