California Environmental Protection Agency: study: revenue.

Existing law requires the California Environmental Protection Agency to conduct a study by surveying state, regional, and local agencies charged with implementing specified laws and regulations to determine how much revenue is derived from fines and penalties and to what purposes that revenue is directed. This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
