Existing law requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to immediately revoke a person's privilege to drive a motor vehicle upon receipt of a duly certified abstract of the record of a court, that the person has been convicted of, among other things, reckless driving causing bodily injury or specified felonies. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.
