Crimes: falsifying evidence.

Existing law makes it a felony for a person to offer in evidence, as genuine or true, any book, paper, document, record, or other instrument in writing, knowing that it has been forged or fraudulently altered or antedated. This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to that provision.
