Existing law, the Permit Streamlining Act (act) , imposes requirements on a public agency's review and approval of development projects, as specified, to ensure clear understanding of the specific requirements in connection with that approval and to expedite decisions on those projects. That act excludes from its provisions activities of the State Energy Resources Development and Conservation Commission and administrative appeals within, or to, a state or local agency. This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that exclusion.
