Housing.

Existing law provides that rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to specified housing provisions and building standards relating to erection or construction of buildings or structures do not apply to existing buildings or structures or to buildings or structures as to which construction is commenced or approved before the effective date of the rules, regulations, or building standards, except as specified. This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to these provisions.
