Existing law finds and declares that it is the intent of the Legislature, in enacting the Bergeson-Peace Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank Act, to create a mechanism to finance projects needed to implement economic development and job creation and growth management strategies, and to provide a secure and stable funding source for implementation of the act in order to meet critical economic, social, and environmental concerns. This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to the provisions described above that make findings and declarations relating to the Bergeson-Peace Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank Act.
