Existing law generally prohibits a person from driving a vehicle upon a highway at a speed greater than 65 miles per hour. Existing law prohibits a person driving a vehicle upon a 2-lane, undivided highway at a speed greater than 55 miles per hour unless a higher speed has been posted by the Department of Transportation. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.
