Hiring of real property: dwellings: untenantability.

Existing law requires that any building with a dwelling unit maintain certain characteristics to be tenantable, including, among other things, effective waterproofing and weather protection of roof and exterior walls, as specified. This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to the provisions described above relating to untenantability.
