Civil actions: statute of limitations.

Existing law imposes various time limits for the commencement of civil actions other than for the recovery of real property, as specified. Under existing law, a civil action for relief on specified grounds, including libel and slander, must be commenced within one year. This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to the latter provision.
